Using the Factory 2.0 team as an example of a high performing team within Red Hat we will review the strategy and application of building a team that wants to get better.

Our session will review three focus areas we made on our agile journey:
Being Distributed - How we handle being split up all over the globe.
Objectives and Key Results -A framework of defining and tracking objectives and their outcomes.
Kanban metrics - Our team used throughput and cycle time to look at where we had bottlenecks and then where to improve and reduce those times.

Our session will review the focus areas above, questions are welcome, we hope to inspire you in your own journey to continuous improvement.
